Processing and Shipment

We ship to all 50 states in the US. We hope to be able to ship internationally one day! We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days if placed before 12pm CST. However, we also ask for your patience and understanding as we are yet a small business! If placed after 12pm CST, your order will be processed the following 1-2 days. Any orders placed after 12pm CST on a Friday, throughout the weekend or holidays will be processed within 3 business days. Because we are a small business, if we experience a high volume of orders, processing time may be slightly longer. Once processed, it will take about 2-3 business days for standard ground shipping. If we are experiencing significant delays, we will contact you via email.

Order Edits or Cancellations

If you need to edit or cancel an order, contact us at info@scentcerely.co
with your order confirmation number and inquiry as soon as possible. Once your order has been dropped off for delivery and shipped, we will no longer be able to modify it.

Order Status

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once the package has been shipped, please expect a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and link attached. ​If you do not see them, check your spam folder!
