what payment forms do you accept?

we happily accept the following payment methods:

  • all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Diner’s Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Paypal
  • scentcerely digital gift cards (available for purchase in our store)

do you ship internationally?

  • at the moment, we only ship within the US - although we are looking forward to the day we can share the love internationally!

when can I expect my order?

  • we strive to process orders within the same business day if placed before 12pm CST
  • we also ask for your patience and understanding as we are a small business!
  • if placed after 12pm CST, your order will be processed the following day
  • any orders placed after 12pm CST on a Friday, throughout the weekend or holidays are processed within 2 business days
  • if a surge in order volume occurs, processing time may be extended due to our limited capabilities as a small business
  • once processed, your order will take about 3-5 business days to arrive via standard ground shipping

where is my order confirmation/tracking information?

  • upon placing your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation
  • once the package has been shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a linked tracking number
  • if you do not see them, check your spam folder!
  • if you’re still experiencing difficulties, let us know by emailing info@scentcerely.co and we will be more than happy to assist you!

what if I still haven't received my order?

oh no! We understand your anxiety and frustration. Don't worry;

  • COVID-19 related delays may still happening
  • temporary hold-ups can occur during the holiday seasons
  • keep checking your tracking link for updates!

do you accept returns/exchanges?

  • due to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns if the candle has been lit or tampered with
  • if the candle is unused and is still in pristine condition, we will accept
    returns on a case by case basis and we may ask for images as proof of the candle’s condition before progressing with any returns and/or exchanges

how can I change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to edit or cancel an order, contact us at info@scentcerely.co with your order confirmation number and inquiry as soon as possible
  • once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify it

are scentcerely candles clean burning?

yes!

  • our luxury candles consist mostly of coconut and soy wax with a bit of palm oil and trace amounts of a highly refined food-grade paraffin which we found improved the
    performance of the wax
  • several scientific studies have been done that prove food-grade paraffin burns just as
    cleanly as soy, beeswax, and palm waxes
  • the National Candle Association posted this case study - which verifies our clean burning ingredients!

do you accept wholesale orders?

yes!

  • depending on the size of the order, we may need additional time to prepare the products as all candles are hand poured by our team with love
