return & exchange policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and must be in the original packaging. To complete a return, please email info@scentcerely.co within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you decide to return an item(s), you are responsible for the original and return shipping charges to you. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your

merchandise refund. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

We offer a 30-day exchange policy on any item damaged during the shipping process for items shipped in the United States. To complete your exchange, all we require is the order number and a photo of the damage sent to info@scentcerely.co. Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange. All exchanges will be for the same item originally ordered.

If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one please send us a picture and your order number to info@scentcerely.co. We will send out the correct items to you. If the item was a seasonal/ limited edition item we may not be able to exchange it for the exact item. If we are out of that item we will exchange it for an item we currently stock that is similar.

All Gift Cards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law). Lost or stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced for the remaining balance by presenting the original purchase receipt.
